  • Local standard delivery (Mon - Fri, 8am - 11pm) is free for orders ≥S$70. For orders below S$70, delivery fee will range $6-$15 depending on weight & volume.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri) between 8am–11pm.

    If your order is placed after 11am, the first business day will be counted from the following business day.

    Please note that delivery times are not fixed and depend on the courier’s schedule.

    If you need a delivery within a specific time slot, feel free to WhatsApp us at 9656 3786 – we’ll be happy to arrange it for you at an additional courier fee.

  • Yes, you can! Self-collection will be at 290R Joo Chiat Road S427542 during our operating hours.

  • Yes we do provide islandwide delivery services in Singapore, except for these areas:

    • Prisons
    • Bonded warehouses
    • Offshore islands
    • All pass-protected areas
    • All airports and army camps
  • Yes, we do! Just drop us an email with the item you're interested in and your full mailing address (including postal code). We'll get back to you with the total cost, including international shipping, and the available payment options.

    Please check with your local authorities for information on import taxes, duties, or any restricted items.

    Kindly note that we're not responsible for any import-related charges, delays, or losses once the package is with our courier partner.

Returns & Exchanges

  • For inaccurate item, an exchange will be arranged. Drop us a WhatsApp 9656 3786 within 3 calendar days upon receiving your item, with your order number and a photo of the item.

    We kindly ask that items be returned unused, in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact. We’re unable to process exchanges, returns, or refunds if the item or its packaging shows signs of being handled in a way that affects its original state.

    For manufacturing defects, exchanges are accepted. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition - unused & unsoiled. Kindly present the original invoice as proof of purchase from our store.åç

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for certain items such as food, treats, supplements, beds, grooming tools, toothbrushes, and similar products. We appreciate your understanding on this.
