... Desmond has been our go-to groomer for Smartie and our adopted Emma, who sadly passed away a year ago. His patience and care for both of them have been unmatched. As Smartie has aged, he became more sensitive to nail clipping, but Desmond always found ways to minimisze the stress and make the process easier for him. We also appreciate that Desmond ensures both Smartie and Emma received regular breaks during their grooming sessions to stretch and rest, especially considering their back pain. Before each grooming, Desmond always takes the time to address any concerns we may have and checks for any skin issues, keeping us well-informed. He also does an excellent job styling them, and we constantly receive compliments on how they look, which fills our family with pride.

We’ve also seen Bubbly’s dedication to making grooming less stressful for pets. For example, they’ve added improvements to their space like tinted windows that allow us to watch our pets while preventing them from getting distracted or overwhelmed by what they can see outside. For Purin specifically, Desmond and the team would always be willing to make adjustments for Purin (e.g. using scissors and not a shaver for his face for comfort). We’re very grateful for Desmond and the team as they’ve consistently handled Purin with so much care throughout the years.

For safety reasons, we always muzzle him before leaving the house. However, Desmond’s remarkable patience and skill have transformed the experience. Not only is Winter calmed down to the point where the muzzle can be removed, but he’s also fed treats during his sessions, reinforcing an stress-free, positive environment throughout the grooming process.

We've been bringing our corgi to Bubbly for nearly a decade now, and we truly appreciate the care and dedication they put into their work. It's rare to find groomers who not only take pride in their craft but also empathise with the dogs — ensuring they feel safe and comfortable throughout the session. Finding the right groomer for Happy was never easy. We had our fair share of bad experiences with other groomers — places where Happy felt anxious, uncomfortable, or simply misunderstood. But then, we were introduced to Desmond and Bubbly Petz, and it has been a true blessing ever since.

...It is evident when I take Iman to the salon every 3 months; she pulls me from the parking lot and up the stairs to the entrance excitedly. Iman still gets uncomfortable and fidgety on occasion, but all it requires is a short break and encouragement before grooming resumes. She has become familiar with the process over the years and is less stressed by it. I am grateful that Iman and I have found a groomer we are both comfortable with.
