Grounded in optimism, compassion, and a deep curiosity to learn, he continually seeks evidence-based knowledge beyond the grooming table—knowledge that helps prevent and ease grooming-related stresses faced by both pets and their caregivers.

From non-profits and educational institutions to corporations, Desmond finds joy in sharing his expertise, supporting pet guardians and their furry companions in navigating grooming with greater confidence and care. When he’s not teaching or grooming, he's busy taking orders from his rescue cat, Cookie.
